YES as much as there are women of colour in modelling, they fit only a handful or drop in the ocean compared to how big the industry is and they arent as publicised as much as caucassian models for instance Kate Moss would be more heard about and publicised than say jourdan dunn in the UK.

I have come across what is called the "Black Issue in Fashion". It is about the ethnic mix of models represented in this industry. People have the right to book who they want it is about suppling the demand. I have been watching a lot of Fashion TV lately and I don't know if they should have 1, 10 or 8 black models on the runway but I get upset when I see 1 Asian girl and 1 black girl that you know it is a token. You know it is a token to keep people from talking and saying bad things about a designer but people can book who they want thats thier right and people can make choices where they shop, what they eat etc
